Our goal is to ensure excellent customer experience and quality service; each item going through the shipping process is fully checked to ensure its integrity. However, we understand that mistakes can happen, so we have created a return policy in the event of such occurrences.
Return shipping is at your expense, but we do not charge any restocking fees. By Federal Law, we cannot accept returns on any item that have been opened.
Wholesale Purchase Customers
Please open and inspect your package immediately after delivery. Any requests for return authorizations must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery.
If the products are damaged during shipping the customer must contact us within 7 business days after delivery.
Retail Customers
VapeFusions products are all natural, organic herbs grown in all parts of the world packaged in Canada. Our company has clearly labeled that customers are to consult medical advice prior to consuming herb ingredients in case of contraindications with medication, pregnancy and breastfeeding. Allergies to any plant is possible. We will refund any sealed packets of product within 14 days of purchase to customers who realize that they naturally sensitive to specific herbal ingredients in any VapeFusions product.
Provided all conditions are met, the purchase price of the products (minus original shipping charges) will be refunded to customer accounts. Orders paid by wire transfer or money order will be handled individually by a customer service representative.
